We are looking for a highly organized Office Specialist to perform clerical and administrative functions important to CMI's success. The successful candidate will work closely with team members and suppliers to organize and manage document flow, draft correspondence and handle other documents. The ideal candidate has prior experience in an office environment, is very detail oriented, has strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain document flow and follow up with our suppliers, accounts and team members.
Participate in meetings with the team and management; follow up with suppliers and team members to ensure that documents are in process.
Draft forms, correspondence, and other documents.
Research existing and potential suppliers; provide supplier company and product information, website links, and presentations to the sales team.
Research suppliers' competitors and industries provide information to the sales team.
Register sales team for trade shows and prepare exhibitor lists.
Update travel files with itinerary details
Greet and assist onsite guests
Maintain neat conference room and organized sample room
