HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Provide essential support to ensure the agency meets clients' life, health, and employee benefits needs.
Facilitate Medicare and individual health enrollments.
Serve as a professional point of contact, promoting the company image with a helpful and friendly demeanor.
Assist clients with inquiries and manage various administrative tasks in a timely, efficient, and client-centered manner.
Support internal operations by performing miscellaneous duties as assigned and helping maintain a positive team environment.
ARE YOU AN INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCK STAR?
Tennessee Life and Health Insurance License (required or willingness to obtain).
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel and various computer applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and flexible with a strong work ethic.
Experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN, AFLAC, Colonial Life, and EASE (preferred but not required).
