Due Diligence experience
Smartsheet - nice to have
Core Responsibilities
The Site Acquisition (SAQ) PM team is divided into 5 Regions as follows: the North America, South America, Europe, Middle East/Africa, and Asia-Pacific and will conduct site tracking for their regions. PMs will work closely with the Regional Business Developers (RBDs) and Global Infrastructure Program Management (GIPM) TPMs within their assigned region.
SAQ PMs manage the Due Diligence tasks and documentation for their regions. The Due Diligence program reviews environmental, radio frequency interference, title, line of sight and natural hazards risk. The Due Diligence program, combined with the review that takes place during the Site Assessment phase, ensure that SAQ contracts for sites that meet all technical requirements, pose minimal risk to Amazon to acquire, and are cost effective to lease, permit, license, build and operate.
SAQ PMs are responsible for liaising between the RBDs and GIPM team to maintain accurate schedule dates and site data in Smartsheet (the internal tracking system), and for attending the recurring Regional meetings led by the GIPM TPMs to report on SAQ progress.
