We are investing in a Project Coordinator. This is a project support position with responsibility to assist Project Managers with administrative tasks.
We're looking for you to do the following:
Maintenance of the Project in our Project Management Software (ProCore, HCSS, Smartsheet & Sage). Including entering raw data provided by the Project Management Team, uploading back-up documentation including reports, photos and construction drawings, and tracking the status of key project Milestones, RFIs and Submittals.
Invoice Preparation and Submittal to the JBCC Accounting Dept.
Purchase Order Preparation and Submittal to the Accounting Dept.
Staff Weekly Meeting Assistance: Scheduling of Meetings, Agenda Preparation Assistance, Taking of Meeting Minutes and Action Items Recording and Transmittal to the Team after the meetings.
Customer or Internal Team Building Event Prep/Assistance: Help in organizing, planning, facilitating and hosting team-building events for customers, vendors and internal staff.
Assisting the Director/VP of Your Division: Onboarding assistance with new employees, marketing assistance, Proposal preparation assistance, SuccessFactor employee management software assistance, etc.
You Have:
Experience -Minimum 1 year experience in administrative role.
Communication - Ability to relate to a diverse group of individuals throughout the organization. Build social capital and trust with customers, and internal teams.
Computer Skills - Basic PowerPoint, Excel, and Word proficiency.
