Spencer Ogden is supporting one of our clients in their search for Assistant Project Managers & Project Managers (numerous openings!) to join their team out of their Wallingford, CT office. Both positions will start off as 1-year contracts, likely to extend or convert to direct employees of the company.
This is a construction role, not an IT role.
Pay ranges:
Assistant Project Manager: $45-55/hr
Project Manager: $60-80/hr
The Project Manager will oversee and inspire a team to manage all aspects of project execution, including safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, contracts, risk management, supplier coordination, proposals, estimates, documentation, and client relations. This role spans Design-Only, EPC (Engineer Procure Construct), Construction Management, and Program Management projects. From project initiation through to completion, the Project Manager ensures timely delivery and budget compliance. They may also serve as the EPC or Program Manager and provide mentorship to others in these roles as needed.
Requirements:
Project Manager must have experience with high-voltage utility construction projects
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related degree from accredited program
7+ years of experience for Project Manager
3+ years of experience for Assistant Project Manager
