Job Description:
The Migration Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring Prospective and HEDIS® quality reporting requirements are met according to NCQA, CMS, and state technical specifications during the CQDB/Cloud migration process. The role involves project management, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of data-related issues. The role supports Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid quality improvement programs.
This position is fully remote, but work hours must align with Eastern or Central time zones.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage projects to ensure Prospective and HEDIS® quality reporting requirements are met in accordance with NCQA, CMS, and state technical specifications during the CQDB/Cloud migration process.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain detailed information on reporting requirements.
Oversee the QA and analysis of large data sets used for reporting and review subsequent deliverables.
Respond to inquiries related to data results, completeness, quality, and troubleshoot anomalies in the production process.
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve high standards and project goals.
Work with minimal supervision, seeking guidance only for complex tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in HEDIS® or CMS Stars.
Health care industry experience with claims, member, or provider data.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables.
Experience leading functional teams or managing projects.
Excellent communication, project management, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
