About the Role:
The Senior Manager Implementation Coordinator works under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, Project Director, or Senior Project Director, providing both onsite and remote project support across multiple facilities. This role is essential in implementing standardized procedures across the enterprise and managing the rescheduling of future surgical cases in the Meditech 5.6 environment.
The position demands a high level of accountability, proactive communication, and ownership of risks/issues to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years in a surgical environment or related field.
Familiarity with hospital surgical operations, IT systems, or operations management.
Experience with Meditech 5.6 is a plus.
Certifications: PMP and/or LEAN certifications are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
