Position Summary:
The Administrative Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative functions of our busy real estate office. This individual will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing office staff, and ensuring that our operations align with company goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills able to pivot and bring an agile approach to a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity
Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices to enhance performance
Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
Collaborate with real estate agents and team leaders to ensure seamless transaction processing
Monitor and maintain office budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, office policies, and procedures
Coordinate marketing efforts, office events, and meetings
Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement
Provide support to agents and office staff to optimize productivity
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably in a real estate environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in office software (MS Office, QuickBooks, CRM systems, etc.)
Knowledge of real estate transaction processes and compliance requirements preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Must live within 45 minutes of downtown Breckenridge
