As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading day-to-day Enterprise-level projects, utilizing your expertise in process, change, business, and technical disciplines. Your role will encompass managing multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently, serving as the primary point of contact for these endeavors. From ideation to closure, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, communication, risk management, resource allocation, procurement, financials, and quality control.

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of professional business and/or IT experience.
High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or IT preferred, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in documentation, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Visio, PowerPoint); MS SharePoint and Access experience preferred.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)® or PMI PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® designation preferred.
Insurance-related certification (e.g., FLMI, CLU, or related industry designation) is beneficial.
Ability to work extended hours during peak workloads or special projects.
