Job Description:

Boulo Solutions is sourcing candidates for a company specializing in facility planning, development and management services to the healthcare industry. We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the real estate development process from conception to completion. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with owners, project managers, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of real estate and facility development projects supporting our physician and hospital clients across the United States.

Salary: $65-80k based on experience

Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Provide support and coordination to our project delivery teams on all aspects of real estate development projects and project management engagements, including but not limited to site selection, due diligence, zoning, permitting, team selection, design development, construction, turn over and occupancy.

2. Document Management: Maintain organized and up to date project files, contracts, permits, and other essential project related documents.

3. Project Organization and Launch: Organize the successful launch of all new projects and ensure that all internal project management methodologies, templates, work plans, protocols and tools are made available and utilized throughout the life of the project.

4. Research and Analysis: Assist with market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis to assess the viability of potential development projects.

5. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, internal teams, external consultants, government agencies, and community stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, coordinate communications, and provide regular updates on project progress.

6. Budget and Schedule Monitoring: Assist in developing project budgets and timelines. Monitor costs, track progress against milestones, and identify potential cost?saving opportunities or scheduling conflicts.

7. Permitting and Compliance: Assist in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance for development projects. Liaise with regulatory agencies, navigate zoning codes, and ensure adherence to building codes and environmental regulations.

8. Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.

9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets. Develop mitigation strategies and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions.

10. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and investors. Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in construction management, real estate development, project management, legal support or related roles.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of facility development processes, including zoning, permitting, and construction.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem?solving skills. ?
  • Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate specific tools including Yardi, Northspyre, Argus, Deltek, etc.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail?oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel as much as 30%
