Job Description:

LaSalle Network is looking for a Sustainability Reporting Analyst that is responsible for supporting sustainability data collection, analysis and reporting efforts across global supplier networks. This role focuses on ensuring data quality and timeliness while managing supplier relationships, coordinating with internal teams and providing expertise on sustainability initiatives such as packaging and sustainable sourcing. The position offers a unique opportunity to work on industry-leading sustainability programs and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Sustainability Reporting Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Oversee data collection using web-based applications to evaluate supplier compliance with sustainable sourcing commitments
  • Review and approve supplier submissions, ensuring adherence to sustainability metrics and standards
  • Perform quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity and accuracy
  • Communicate directly with suppliers via email and live calls to provide guidance, resolve issues and ensure timely data submission
  • Escalate non-responsive suppliers to internal teams and facilitate issue resolution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including client stakeholders, sourcing teams and technical vendors to address challenges and improve processes
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, share updates and collaboratively solve problems
  • Summarize and analyze data from supplier surveys and performance metrics
  • Generate reports and insights for sustainability initiatives and commitments
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting processes and tools

Sustainability Reporting Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Business or related fields
  • Experience in data analysis, sustainability programs or supplier management preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with auditing skills to identify and address data discrepancies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for supplier engagement and issue resolution
  • Proficient in navigating software applications and web-based tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data analysis techniques
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively across global teams and time zones
  • Courteous and professional when addressing supplier queries or concerns
  • Availability to manage a heavier workload during peak seasons (e.g., January-February)
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks that reinforce concepts and processes
