GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
Develop and manage data interfaces in our supply chain and among manufacturing partners.
Ensure seamless exchange of supply chain and logistics information, tracking hazardous chemicals and ingredients
Support ESG reporting by managing data on manufacturing processes, greenhouse gas emissions, and waste
Integrate new manufacturers and adapt to diverse IT and data standards, with a strong understanding of real-time supply chain logistics, hazardous goods traceability, and ESG datasets.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
Data Interface Development:
Design and implement data interfaces for exchanging supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing information with third-party partners
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of hazardous chemicals and ingredients
Real-Time Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
Support the implementation of an Advance Planning and Scheduling platform (APS)
Implement real-time data solutions for supply chain logistics and inventory management
Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Integration and Onboarding:
Quickly integrate new manufacturers into the supply chain, adapting to their IT and data standards
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and other third-party partners to ensure seamless data exchange and process alignment
ERP System Management:
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the APS platform to manage and optimize supply chain operations
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all ERP modules
ESG Data Management:
Develop systems to collect and report data on greenhouse gas emissions, waste, and other ESG metrics
Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, planning and compliance, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
Maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and vendors
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in supply chain management
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
Bachelor's in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in supply chain engineering or a related role, preferably in the specialty chemicals industry
Proficiency in data interface development and integration
Strong understanding of real-time supply chain planning, logistics management and inventory management
Experience with hazardous goods traceability and ESG reporting
Familiarity with global ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
Certification in supply chain management or related fields
