The Finance and Operations team wears many hats - as analysts, strategists, forecasters, we are the
growth engine behind FinTap fun - and we like it that way.
Join the Finance and Operations team as a Finance and Operations Analyst. This role focuses on
driving organizational efficiency and disciplined investment and is highly visible to the CEO and
other business leadership. This key role will drive the day-to-day management of our entire funding
operation, operating expenses and coordinate financial analysis related to the key performance
metrics of the company.
As a Finance and Operations Analyst: • Partner with business leaders to drive short- and long-term budgeting and expense
planning • Monitor and report various deal attributes and ensure the portfolio management system is up to
date • Develop KPIs to assess counterparty performance and operating effectiveness • Support the firm's financial reporting and compliance requirements • Support the daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation process of the deal origination
book • Work with Accounting and Business Intelligence to streamline and automate processes • Liaise with leaders to model key initiatives and provide financial support for cross-functional
projects
Necessary qualifications for success: • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business management, or economics • 2+ years of experience in Private Equity or Credit, Investment Banking, Consulting, Data
Analytics. • Proven ability to conceptualize and develop financial models • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks. • You maintain the highest standards of accuracy and precision and are highly organized • You are articulate and have excellent verbal and written communication skills • You take pride in your attention to detail and can be flexible between agility and
completeness. • You are self-motivated and operate effectively in a team environment • You are a creative thinker and share our passion for success

Work Location: • Monday through Friday at the office in Clifton, NJ
Pay:
Base range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year + bonus of up to $12,000
