We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Workday Student Instructor with expertise in higher education systems to join our clients implementation team.
Key Responsibilities:
Classroom-Based Training Delivery
Onsite Process Observation and Documentation
Curriculum Development and Knowledge Bridging
Collaboration with Project Stakeholders
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Experience with higher education ERP systems (Colleague or other student information systems preferred).
Workday Student experience highly desirable but not required.
Strong documentation, curriculum development, and instructional skills.
Knowledge of TexasConnection and related higher education standards is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
Proven ability to bridge gaps between legacy systems (e.g., Colleague) and Workday.
Ability to observe, document, and translate complex processes into simplified training materials.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including IT, faculty, and external consultants.
Work Environment:
Initial onsite presence required for process observation and relationship-building with team members.
Availability to lead and facilitate training sessions on a rotating schedule (Tuesday-Thursday) across multiple campuses
