What will your role be?
Scalian is looking for a Project Manager Officer with project life cycle experience in a manufacturing environment. You will provide top-quality project management service and maintain high standard of excellence in all assigned project management functions. The main objective will be to secure and support a production schedule in collaboration with the customer functions and collaborators
Main activities:
Analyze production status in collaboration with main stakeholders which include; Identify missing parts management, Identify and implement improvement changes (to improve performance of Production, Workstation and Plan and Schedule Production process), Participation / Contribution on recurring meetings and Flows management
Elaborate a Production Schedule, and recovery plan, with impacts on capacity requirements (workforce/machines/strategic tooling/jigs), delivery dates, end production buffer : establish view on a 3 days horizon
Obtain the commitments and challenge attendees not to postpone the planning every time.
Build, update and analyze KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions.
Challenge planning parameters and models in the planning tools
Attend daily Production monitoring meetings which include; Report on production progress, report parts availability, give support to adjust daily priorities, Make the planning respected (accountable) Daily drumbeat, Give status on missing and blocking parts, inputs following crisis situation, planning adherence and Alert the production scheduler in case of planning deviation outside tolerance
What skills and qualifications are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing project Engineering, Business, or Management
SAP Knowledge and Excel Advanced skill
Previous experience in production planning position
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project and program management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to motivate and unite teams toward project goals
Demonstrated effective communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize duties to meet deadlines
