We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to build and lead a new, small and mighty Product Analytics team within the Chief Business Officer's organization. This role will be responsible for defining our product analytics strategy and roadmap and partnering with enterprise stakeholders to develop and deliver world-class data insights and deliverables to shape key product and customer decision-making, enhance customer experience, and drive growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a robust analytical background, strong business acumen, excellent communications skills, and deep experience with cross-functional collaboration and developing and leading a high-performance team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product analytics strategy and roadmap firmly aligned with ADT's broader product and customer experience objectives.
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to define key performance metrics aligned with product objectives.
Partner with cross-enterprise partners to establish product data standards, including data ethics, quality, and governance.
Technology & Data: Introduce effective and flexible data collection infrastructure and tooling to capture key product events and deliver rich product and customer experience insights.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering & Operations, Product Engineering, and Product Management teams to implement and maintain product analytics infrastructure.
Deploy robust anomaly detection and data hygiene solutions to ensure data integrity (accuracy, completeness, consistency, validity) and security.
Ensure intentional design of data structure and data to support future analyses and decision-making
Stay abreast of analytics industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product analytics function at the cutting edge.
Data Analytics & Insights: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze product performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
Deliver effective A/B testing and other experimentation to inform product and customer experience decisions.
Collaborate with other ADT analytics teams to design, automate, and deploy dashboards to surface actionable insights to product managers and leadership.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering & Operations, Product Engineering, and Product Management teams to drive execution of product- and analytics-related business initiatives and priorities.
Communicate complex analytical findings and insights in a clear, nuanced, and actionable manner to relevant stakeholders, ranging from product managers to c-suite executives.
Team Development: Hire and lead a Product Analytics team comprised of data scientists and analysts.
Introduce a data-driven and impact-focused culture within and beyond the Product Analytics team.
Create learning and developmental opportunities to enhance Product Analytics colleagues' capabilities and consistently maintain high performance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) required; advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) preferred.
6+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or related field, with 1+ years in people management roles.
Deep expertise in product analytics skillset, infrastructure, and tooling, including:
Experience in statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, and advanced experimentation and testing.
Proficiency in data science, self-service analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Executive-level communications skills with a proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
Cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to partner with enterprise stakeholders to deliver on business priorities.
Meaningful familiarity with B2C business models and digital product lifecycles.
Proven track record of building and leading an impactful analytics teams in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is based on experience and qualifications.
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
