Our client, a Fashion and Retail company based in California is looking for a creative and experienced Store Design Manager to bring the company's unique, retro-inspired store experience to life. Reporting to the Director of Brand Environment, you will lead design projects for their growing list of store locations, ensuring each location reflects the brand's fun and elevated aesthetic.
Hybrid work schedule (3 days on-site at their San Francisco office.
Must be able to travel frequently to project locations.
Salary: $80-120k
Key Responsibilities:
Create 3D floor plans and renderings, ensuring designs meet brand standards while being innovative and cost-effective.
Oversee multiple projects, manage timelines, and collaborate with vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure designs are executed smoothly.
Work closely with the Brand Environment team, project managers, visual merchandising, and retail operations to bring designs to life.
Clearly communicate design ideas with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
Ensure all designs comply with local codes, anticipating potential issues and finding creative solutions.
Qualifications:
Pervious success in a similar or related role.
Background in Interior or Retail Design.
Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and collaborative, with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
Must be comfortable with frequent travel.
