Job Purpose
The Director of Operations oversees and manages the organization's day-to-day operations. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services to customers.
Tasks / Responsibilities • Developing and implementing operational strategies, plans, and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. • Managing and optimizing operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. • Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities. • Manage and develop a high-performing operations team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. • Establishing and maintaining effective vendor and supplier relationships to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operations. • Identifying and implementing technology solutions and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity. • Continuously assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive operational innovation and improvement. • Collaborating with senior management and providing operational insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
Education

Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies and process improvement initiatives.
