Are you a finance professional passionate about product costing and continuous improvement? We're hiring a Product Costing Manager to support key processes and initiatives within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in standard cost creation for all domestic and Brita materials.
Lead and train teams during the annual standards-setting process.
Collaborate with the Product Supply Organization to ensure accurate standards and reduce supply chain errors.
Maintain and improve internal controls for product costing.
Coach and support analysts while reviewing and approving their work.
Drive closure on continuous improvement projects and support initiatives like Project Elevate - Vista.
Serve as the point of contact for E&Y Costing Controls when needed.
Manage monthly production order WIP/error clearing and provide financial reviews for profit centers.
Support the development of supply chain finance forecast calendars.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Experience: 4-5 years in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing.
Strong experience in SAP; S4HANA - plus
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and exceptional SAP skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication abilities.
Proven ability to streamline processes and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
Strong planning, organizing, and team collaboration skills.
