Our leading financial services client is seeking a UX Designer with expertise in SharePoint to design and implement the Decisions and Analytics (DNA) Risk Toolkit SharePoint site. This centralized resource will support DNA Business Partners, Business Risk, and Internal Controls teams by providing the tools and information needed to complete risk-related tasks efficiently.
The UX Designer will create an intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly SharePoint site that includes key points of contact, training materials, job aids, guides, risk reporting, and other essential resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implement: Create and deploy the DNA Risk Toolkit SharePoint site, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user interface.
Centralized Resource Development: Organize content to provide easy access to client's risk program information, tools, and reporting resources.
Content Integration: Work with stakeholders to incorporate training materials, job aids, guides, and risk reporting tools into the site.
User Experience Optimization: Apply UX best practices to design a site that is not only functional but also engaging for end-users.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with DNA Business Partners, Business Risk, and Internal Controls teams to understand their needs and ensure the site meets business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in SharePoint site design, development, and customization.
Experience in creating user-centric designs that align with business requirements.
Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices.
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage content and timelines effectively.
Experience with risk or compliance-related resources is a plus but not required.
