Junior Investment Banking Analyst
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for finance and investment banking? US Capital Global is seeking a full-time Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. With a starting annual base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, this role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Providing transaction support to senior bankers
Managing multiple concurrent projects/deals, collaborating effectively within a team or independently
Assisting with due diligence and conducting financial analysis and modeling
Preparing company marketing and transaction materials
Engaging with clients during presentations and deal executions, including C-Level prospects such as CFOs, CEOs, and investment partners
Assisting in developing and executing ad-hoc internal projects
Creating financial transaction summaries, analyzing financial statements, and determining eligibility for investments
Managing senior management calendars and coordinating offsite meetings, events, and conferences
Acting as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, overseeing schedules and calendar maintenance
Preparing and reviewing materials for meetings, assisting with presentations and document creation
Assessing risks in business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation, safeguarding its assets, and escalating control issues transparently.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or master's preferable in Finance or Administration
Sales experience preferable
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in an Analyst role and/or finance
Professional Service industry exposure; Solid understanding of capital markets and spreadsheet modeling a plus
Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance and accounting
Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
Ability to take initiative and function independently, balanced with strong teaming skills
Strong writing skills and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
