The Data Management Specialist plays a critical role in our organization by managing, analyzing, and transforming data to drive actionable insights and enhance decision-making. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and strong organizational skills to design efficient data solutions, develop dynamic dashboards, and deliver high-quality reports for stakeholders across departments.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, touching nearly every critical aspect, including Project Management Performance, Process Control & Compliance, and KPI management. The successful candidate will not only contribute to optimizing workflows and reporting but also play a pivotal role in aligning the organization's performance with its strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Dashboard Design: Develop and implement KPI dashboards using Excel or data visualization software.
Data Aggregation: Build custom business logic to aggregate data at scale accurately.
Tool Development: Create custom dynamic tools to enhance data efficiency across departments using Excel and other software.
Data Transformation: Process raw, unstructured data from multiple sources, converting it into accessible and visually appealing reports, dashboards and summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
Trend Analysis: Analyze and identify the root causes of high-level trends at the most granular level to uncover actionable business insights.
Ad-Hoc Reporting: Deliver ad-hoc reports accurately and efficiently, leveraging Excel expertise and domain knowledge.
Qualifications:
Data Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and organize large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
Excel Expertise: Proficiency in creating and managing pivot tables, using advanced formulas.
