Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a Patent Agent for its Life Science Practice in New York, Charlotte, Washington, DC and Chicago, to work in pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, natural products, and ag-bio, among others. The salary for this position is between $100k to $200k.
Qualifications
3+ years of life science patent prosecution and drafting experience.
Ph.D. in a related field such as chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, or biology.
Experience with patent counseling, portfolio analysis, patent opinion work, post-grant proceedings, and litigation support.
USPTO registration is required.
Excellent academic credentials as well as strong writing, research and analytical skills; team focused.
