The Role:
As Senior Manager of Analytics, you will be a key player in shaping and executing the data strategy for the organization. You'll lead the core analytics function, focusing on driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analytics and data function, driving impactful decisions that support business growth and operational improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop data-driven strategies that optimize decision-making processes.
Develop and implement agile analytics projects, ensuring continuous improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive leadership environment.
Generate detailed reports on-demand that inform key business decisions, and ensure timely delivery.
Oversee the handling and analysis of financial data, including working with messy, unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure analytics aligns with business objectives.
Utilize your deep expertise in Advanced SQL, Tableau, and Python or R to drive data analysis and visualization efforts.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Advanced SQL skills with a proven ability to manage and analyze complex data sets.
Strong proficiency in Tableau (this is the tool of choice-no changes expected).
Experience in report generation on-demand, with a focus on delivering actionable insights in a timely manner.
Significant experience working with financial data-ability to manage and make sense of messy, unstructured data.
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
Proven ability to work in an agile, fast-paced analytics environment and handle competing priorities.
Strong leadership and project management experience, with the ability to drive collaboration and deliver results across teams.
