Job Description: • Primary contact for benefit production support (US and CAN) • Audit, identify and analyze issues related to data integrity and system quality assurance; recommend solutions that could include creating and delivering training and/or job aids • Identify and analyze data entry opportunities/trends and recommend changes to address root cause • Ensure process documentation related to production support is current • Provide support to ESC Analyst engaged in project work • Maintain HR Service Desk performance analytics (via Power BI).
Must Have Skills: • At least two years' experience working with HRIS systems with strong knowledge of HR system capabilities. • Strong logic and analytical skills to deliver high volume and high-quality work. • Quick learner with an accelerated ability to multi-task and demonstrate good judgement when adjusting priorities/focus. • Very detail oriented with ability to quickly process accurate transactions. • Sharply honed communication skills - both written and verbal - able to communicate technical information effectively. • Professionally handles sensitive and confidential information. • Learns new systems quickly, intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficient with all other Office applications. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of work experience.
Nice to Have: • 1+ years PeopleSoft Benefits Administration experience • Canadian HR experience (eg. Benefits, Compliance, etc.)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Hourly contract rate range of $25.00 to $28.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
