Job Description:

The Regional Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for driving performance across our sales and service teams within the industrial space. This role involves strategic oversight of P&L for a regional budget of approximately $150 million, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in managing multiple locations, and a focus on fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional strategies to drive sales growth and enhance service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and their teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Own the P&L responsibilities for the region, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maximized.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the sales and service operations across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales and service initiatives.
  • Promote a safety-first culture throughout the organization, implementing training and best practices.
  • Drive transformational initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior management role within the industrial sector, with a strong focus on sales and service operations.
  • Demonstrated P&L responsibility for substantial budgets
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams and driving cultural change.
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance in all operations.
  • Travel up to 40% of the time to branch locations and client sites to support teams and foster client relationships.
