The Regional Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for driving performance across our sales and service teams within the industrial space. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional strategies to drive sales growth and enhance service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and their teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Own the P&L responsibilities for the region, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maximized.
Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Oversee the sales and service operations across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer satisfaction.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales and service initiatives.
Promote a safety-first culture throughout the organization, implementing training and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior management role within the industrial sector, with a strong focus on sales and service operations.
Demonstrated P&L responsibility for substantial budgets
