Job Description:

We're Hiring! Our key client in clinical robotics is looking for additional members for their team. We have a Microsoft 365 Enablement Lead (Digital Workplace) on the team.

Rate: $74.08/hour on W2

Work Type: Hybrid - Sunnyvale, CA 94086 (Locals Only)

Duration: 12-month contract (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead digital workplace enablement strategy and processes for M365 Applications.
  • Identify, monitor, publish, and manage goals and measurements to show digital workplace enablement impact.
  • Coordinates multi-channel communications campaigns to drive technology adoption.
  • Collaborates with various digital workplace stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation, management, and awareness of the centralized repository of technology enablement resources (videos, how-to, quick-start guides, etc.)
  • Facilitate or oversee enablement and awareness events (Ask the Expert, Immersion Experiences, webinars, lunch and learns, etc.)
  • Partner with Digital Workplace operations, engineering, and governance teams to identify potential improvements or impacts to customer experience and proactively manage potential disruptions.
  • Actively participate in the digital workplace steering committee, which will plan and govern digital workplace initiatives and ensure alignment across the business.
  • Connect with line-of-business leaders to ensure participation in their events and team meetings.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends and leverage workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools to ensure initiatives are driven by objective data.
  • Oversee network of enablement agents and champions and facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across the enterprise through regular engagement.
  • Participate in employee onboarding to highlight available resources and raise awareness of digital workplace technologies.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Expert-level power user skills for M365 applications and services like MS Loop, MS Planner, MS To Do, MS Copilot, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Ability to conduct interviews to understand various business team activities that require collaboration and come up with solutions and workflow.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in IT or organizational change management
  • Experience conducting training for M365 Applications.
  • Working knowledge of establishing and measuring goals and KPIs on an overall program and individual use case level.
  • Proven ability to create business cases and ensure support from C-level executives and business partners.
  • Proven financial management skills with operational budget tasks.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT services, technologies, and processes.
  • Awareness of workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools.

First 30 Days:
  • Complete the onboarding and training process, learn about the company culture and values, and familiarize yourself with the tools and systems used by the team.
  • Meet your manager, mentor, and peers, and establish clear expectations and goals for your role. Seek feedback and guidance regularly and communicate any challenges or questions you may have.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products, services, and customers of the organization, and identify the key pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Interact with business stakeholders and perform interviews to comprehend the different collaborative tasks that take place among members of each pilot group.
  • For these collaborative tasks, help identify the combination of tools and features they can use to improve productivity.
  • Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders.
  • Follow the best practices and standards of the team, and participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with other developers, engineers, designers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams, and leverage their expertise and feedback to improve your work.
  • Use agile methodologies and tools to manage and track your projects and tasks.
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills in your work, and proactively seek new ways to learn and grow as a developer.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the field and share your insights and ideas with the team.
  • Evaluate your performance and progress against your goals and objectives, and seek feedback from your manager, mentor, and peers.
  • Celebrate your achievements and learn from your mistakes.
  • Identify your strengths and areas for improvement and create a plan for your continuous professional development.
