Areas of responsibility: Outpatient Procedural Services, GI Lab Services and Pain Center.

Surgical services operations are led by Latisha Washington, Director Perioperative Services, an outstanding, supportive director with proven results. Latisha is seeking a committed, quality-driven, and innovative-thinking manager to lead daily operations and team performance & development in the role's designate areas. In her leadership, you'll find a developer of leaders and a barrier-breaker that enables professional and departmental success. Latisha will be looking for career dedication, success in increasing patient and team-member satisfaction, quality & safety outcomes, elevating performance indicators, and a proven business and planning acumen. The manager has the support of a Surgical Coordinator.
2-years of recent nurse leadership experience - Manager level preferred.
Procedural/GI RN experience preferred or solid critical care RN expertise.
Management of daily operations and leading process improvement initiatives.
Success in team member engagement and empowerment.
Ability to create and sustain positive provider and interdepartmental relationships.
Success in planning and service line growth.
Budget and cost-effective management success.
Ability to gather, assess and present/communicate performance metrics
Able to execute and manage human resources duties.
