Help keep the Command Center team accountable and help them to prioritize - they have quite a few internal partners that all come with requests but the team is only so big and can only take on so much and get it done in a decent time
Day-to-Day:
Coordination between team members and internal clients and gather requirements
Prioritization of new tasks/projects
Hold team accountable to deadlines
Push product completion forward at all times
Work with engineering teams to work on multiple products at once
Must Haves (and how they are used):
Product management experience from concept to delivery, as well as maintenance and optimization tasks to keep making the product better
Exceptional organizational and communication
Plusses:
Telephony experience/exposure would be a huge plus because that is basically their entire product suite
