Our client, a leader in the utilities industry, is looking to hire a Data Entry Clerk. This position is hybrid, onsite 2 days a week in Merrillville, IN.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will support data entry and data cleanup and assist with recommendations to business stakeholders. Your high attention to detailwhen inputting key information will prevent clerical error and will optimize company operations.
Responsibilities
Input essential alpha/numeric and text data, assisting with maintenance of company records
Ensure accuracy of current and past data to optimize workflow across the organization
Monitor spreadsheets for error, using formulas to quickly enter and uncover issues as quickly as possible
Generate reports of inputted data, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Access
Desired Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in Data Entry or related field
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access or similar systems
Prior experience in the oil, energy, or utilities industry a plus!
