The ERP Analyst is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration, configuration, and optimization of the ERP system across plant operations. This role provides technical support and training to end users, develops and enhances system processes, and ensures inventory and production data accuracy within the ERP framework. The ERP Analyst serves as a key liaison between departments to maintain system integrity and efficiency.
Essential Functions:
Develop, execute, and lead the implementation of ERP system processes (e.g., Bill of Materials (BOM), part processes, inventory tracking) to support plant operations.
Create and maintain ERP improvement plans.
Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate with internal teams, ERP vendor support, and external resources to resolve system issues effectively.
Support IT and engineering teams in planning, procurement, and deployment of infrastructure needed to sustain ERP system functionality and real-time monitoring.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for ERP system workflows.
Lead regular ERP project meetings.
Facilitate effective communication between departments (e.g., Production, Quality, Logistics, IT) to ensure system alignment with business goals.
Monitor and improve inventory accuracy through system-based controls and countermeasures.
Verify daily cycle count activities to ensure data accuracy.
Utilize ERP data to optimize resource planning and operational efficiency.
Lead daily problem-solving initiatives related to ERP system performance and integration.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and ERP system implementation; experience with Plex ERP preferred.
Strong knowledge of ERP workflows, including production planning, inventory management, and data reporting.
