7+ years of Healthcare Director level experience, specifically overseeing the clinical operations, revenue cycle, and management of clinical staff
Experience in the development of health program strategies, quality, and service delivery
Experience in policy and procedure development and implementation
Knowledge and experience working with cultural diversities
Day to Day
Leads the Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Wellness, Dental, Optometry, Laboratory, Radiology, Revenue Cycle, and Medical Director.
Prepares and executes strategic and annual planning for the improvement of Health Care Services to include exploring clinical expansion and opportunities for our services.
Develop and oversee Health Systems policies and procedures and contribute input on company-wide policies and procedures.
Identifies and is responsible for funding opportunities including grants, programs, and other potential sources.
Achieves and maintains operations that meet accreditation standards that may include, but are not limited to, CARF, AAAHC, FAHQ, ACHC.
Directs, mentors, and supervises the staff, and assists Leadership to assist in executing effective supervision of all staff.
Responsible for internal and external customer service, quality assurance, and risk resolution in a timely manner.
Responsible for meeting healthcare regulatory requirements to include risk management, infection control, and customer safety.
Collaborates with the Health Board and Council on all Health Systems initiatives including timely response to motions and directives as well as serving as a representative to essential local, state, and federal health and wellness programs.
