We are seeking a Web Development Manager to lead a team of web designers and developers to build/maintain websites for our clients and business units. We expect you to have well-developed technical skills with an appreciation for aesthetic design. A familiarity with Story Brand principles would be a plus. You will be joining a collaborative Digital team dedicated to maintaining and developing websites in low and no-code environments across various platforms including WordPress and our proprietary CMS.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead/manage a team of designers, developers, and outside resources to build and manage websites for our members.
Work closely with our development and marketing teams to achieve the best representation of our clients' brands online.
Identify and troubleshoot website technical issues. Ensure website functionality and ongoing performance stability.
Actively participate in design reviews, providing creative input and insights.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Maintain, update and optimize existing websites to meet current web and brand standards.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in experience in leading, developing, and managing websites.
A strong work knowledge of content managements systems (WordPress/Duda/Etc.)
Experience with HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, Node, PHP, and backend revisions/improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
Identify and troubleshoot website technical issues. Ensure website functionality and ongoing performance stability.
Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet tight deadlines.
Great mindfulness, and the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback, maintaining a professional and optimistic candor.
Position will be "In Office" at our headquarters in Brentwood, TN
Benefits:
