We are seeking an Office Coordinator to oversee the operations of our Santa Clara office for a rapidly growing financial software startup. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for all office-related needs, including vendor management (such as catering and snack programs), seating arrangements, internal and external office events, and working with property management.
Additionally, you will focus on fostering a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere by carefully assessing and addressing the unique needs and preferences of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience as an office manager or coordinator, capable of managing a mid-sized office, addressing issues promptly, and collaborating with a global team on various projects and events.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience as an Office Manager or Office Coordinator - Corporate Experience
Proactive problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
Takes ownership and accountability for office space and operations
Desire to grow within the role and alongside the team
Demonstrated persistence in overcoming challenges
Effective communication with Santa Clara and San Francisco site leads, fostering collaborative relationships
Passionate about creating an inclusive environment that promotes community and engagement, both virtually and in-person
Experience with G Suite and Slack
Proficiency in spreadsheet management and documentation
High level of professionalism

Compensation:
$24-$28/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
