Under direct supervision, responsible for:

• Preparing proposal, presentation, and communication materials in support of marketing department initiatives.
• Supporting advertising plans, public relations campaigns, trade shows and product incentive plans
• Supporting marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness.
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
• Preparing status reports on marketing efforts

• Purely operational position
• Administrative experience - no accounting or billing exp needed
• Proficient in Office Suite
• Excel experience
• Strong soft skills
