Job Description:
This position is a contract to hire position, candidate must be willing to be hybrid 3 days a week to start
- Develop product vision, strategy, market/user research, by keeping the customer at the center of everything while using design thinking tools
- Comfortable with ideation workshops, identifying new ideas, customer needs, pain points, and solutions
- Coming up with solutions based on research and market trends
- Translate product vision into roadmaps
- Present information to C-level executives and lead business reviews
- Collaborate with product owners, and cross functional managers to ensure the same program objectives
- Experience creating digital products vision, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions from conception to execution
- Experience working on customer focused products and services
- Able to define financials, KPIs, forecasts, etc to make decisions about product strategy
- Experience working with client stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce - particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Preferred experience in a retail environment
- Certified SAFe Product Owner or Certified Agile Product Manager a big plus
