Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and end-users to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Monitor product performance and iterate as needed to meet evolving market needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in aerospace or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of aerospace technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, or similar).
Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, team workshops, or industry events.
