This position is typically held by an individual who has 4+ years' experience in the industry and outside vendor hardware knowledge, advanced understanding of HVAC, and experience/exposure to other building or electronic control systems and software applications. Individual shall have communication skills for interfacing directly with customers and other trades. The person holding this position shall be capable of coordination of other
project team activities on site, including coordination with other trades, general contractors, commissioning agents, and customers/customer representatives.
This position is responsible for project coordination, safety, installation, checkout, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Ensures that daily activities on site for
projects are completed and regular progress on projects are communicated to the project manager.
This employee typically works under intermittent supervision of a Project Manager or Project Engineer and reports directly to the Construction Manager.
