We are currently looking for an experienced Installation & Commissioning Manager to join our growing team in Kansas City. The Installation & Commissioning Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of complex systems and equipment for Frontmatec. This role involves leading a team to ensure the successful and efficient setup, testing, and operational readiness of new equipment and systems at customer sites. The Installation & Commissioning Manager will work closely with project management, technical teams, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Ensure that Health and Safety Frontmatec's policy and applicable laws and rules are followed during installations
Lead daily safety meetings (JSA, Toolbox meetings)
Execute Installation & commissioning of new installations as well as upgrades on existing installations
Execute Service and Maintenance orders/jobs
Secure targeted and optimum execution of installation projects, supervise and follow up on plans
Writing of reports after completion of Installation and/or service jobs - based on standard template(s)
Conduct Technical user training for customer's maintenance crew(s)
Secure market feedback - based on Group After Sales standard template(s)
Work with the company's Engineering and Production & QA departments in order to secure the product quality
Support back-office colleagues on technical questions/cases
When needed - Participate in development of documentation - elaborate existing documentation (service - maintenance - user and spare parts manuals) are finalized before product release / installation)
When needed - Participate in development of the company's training program(s)
If necessary, support the Sales Department, develop relationships with clients and support the after-sales service department during visits to clients
Participate in the preparation of the steps during an installation, make sure to get: the necessary manpower, material and equipment, tools, transportation and accommodation
Required Knowledge:
5-10 years related experience - technical and managerial - preferably from a Service related organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English is required (Language skills in other languages are an advantage)
High level of professionalism and integrity
Ability to function independently
Extreme strong Service and Customer orientation
Structured work method
Extensive domestic and international travelling required
Knowledge of the industry and the market
Act as a Frontmatec ambassador
