**On-Site Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina 3 days, Remote 2 days per week**
Up to 24 month contract; paid for hours worked; approximately $50/hr on W2
The ideal candidate comes from a teaching background and has experience training professionals on software systems. As part of a team, you will help come up with lesson plans, prepare slide decks and train new users and existing users as the software goes through regular updates and enhancements.
Understand a lesson plan. How will they go through that session. Introduce topics and set learning goals and expectations. Go from one topic to the next in a logical, structured way.
Must have consultative approach to determining teaching materials - ADDIE approach
Technical trainer - teach adults on an agile (frequently changing) software system
About the Team
Training Group within Commercial Banking. Three Trainers per team teaching the nCino platform (built into Salesforce) to internal employees. You will partner with Product Owners to learn about frequent updates and enhancements to the tool and then disseminate that information through various training formats. We're looking for someone that will bring energy, engagement and creativity!
Required:
6+ years of Technology Learning & Facilitation experience
Experience understanding a system or have learned a new system and have successfully been able to train business people on that.
Preferred: nCino or Salesforce experience
Experience teaching adult learners about a quickly evolving software tool over time and keeping them up to date and informed with changes
Adaptable - cater to the various styles in which adults learn; be ready to adjust your training regularly as this software changes regularly
Ability to add creativity to the training
Strong teamwork skills as you will be working with a team of Trainers
Day-to-Day
The environment is constantly shifting, so ideal candidate needs to handle changes in direction well. You will understand the user experience, facilitate in-person and virtual trainings, and help build a multipage instruction document, or multi-slide presentation deck. Expect a healthy balance of content creation, facilitation/training, understanding user/learner needs, and instructional design. You'll be pulling info from Kanban board. Other tools used are Articulate 360 Rise, Jira, PowerPoint & Word.
