Job Description:

Personic Health is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and collaborative leader to oversee operations in various markets across the country. This position will report to the Vice President of Operations/Senior management team of Personic Health. They will be the local operational leader working together with the Medical Director, Clinical Director and Business Development Director to ensure local market success. They will be tasked to ensure patient intake and scheduling, provider panel optimization, patient satisfaction and all operational and business metrics the organization sets are being achieved. They will essentially serve as the conduit between the central leadership team and the local team. Candidates with operations leadership experience in wound care and/or home health with a clinical background are preferred candidates. The position is an in-office position and does require frequent travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provides a management-level point of contact for key customers.
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
  • Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
  • Establishes productive relationships with RCM CSs and Quality Service Representatives (QSR) based on frequent communication, collaboration, and effective allocation of resources.
  • Establishes reliable systems and procedures to collect and review information necessary to manage sales within a territory.
  • Takes action to identify problems in performance early, determines where help is needed, and seeks assistance as appropriate to minimize impact on territory outcomes.
  • Establishes both annual and monthly sales objectives for the region in coordination with the Company's business plan.
  • Identifies and proactively seeks opportunities for improvement between organization, management, and individual performance.
  • Serves as a liaison to internal and external customers to problem-solve issues between the BAs and the Field Employees within a respective territory.
  • Utilizes appropriate reporting to measure and monitor quality outcomes and productivity performance measures in the Field.
  • Provides required reporting in a timely manner to the Vice President of Operations and, where appropriate, to other members of the Executive Team.
  • Maintains open lines of communication to ensure the sharing of information, ideas, and concerns affecting initiatives that crossover between both Sales and Clinical teams.
  • Completes and returns all necessary paperwork and reports to VP Ops.
  • Conducts performance reviews, with RM for the applicable region, for each Clinical Specialist as indicated by policies and procedures.
  • Acts as a liaison for communication between Field employees, Clinical Management, and Corporate and Regional Offices, Principles of the Company, and Gevity, as necessary.
  • Conducts conference calls with Clinical Specialists and other team members routinely.
  • Ensures that the expectations and procedures of the New Hire and Corporate Training Programs provided by the Company are supported by all members within the territory.
  • Ensures that Field Employees are appropriately prepared to provide education to the BA in accordance with best practices and commitment to all regulations, procedures, and guidelines of the company.
  • Monitors and proactively addresses potential education, training, or support needs in the field. Initiates appropriate countermeasures to minimize a negative impact on employee performance.
  • Ensures that clinical specialists are enhancing their professional growth and development through participation in current educational wound care programs.
  • Manages and supports Clinical Specialists to help them meet their duties and responsibilities as outlined in the job description.
  • Proactively addresses potential education, training, or support needs in the field. Initiates appropriate countermeasures to minimize a negative impact on employee performance.
  • Ensures Clinical Specialists become certified in wound care by an approved accredited organization(s) per company policy.
  • Maximizes team and company performance by creating a team atmosphere that values opportunities for development and professional growth.
  • Establishes and maintains an effective communication channel to employees within your territory to disseminate updates on changes in company procedures, regulatory changes (as guided by Sr. VP of Governmental Affairs), and other information pertinent to the employee's job responsibilities.
  • Considers professional development needs of all employees and establishes priorities.
  • Helps employees expand their knowledge and skills by providing timely feedback, guidance, and facilitates training opportunities as needed to help them reach clinical/operational goals.
  • Attends meetings and in-services as required. Meeting attendance may require travel.
  • Assists other team members (in own region) with coverage during vacation and sick time.
  • Participates in individual and team reviews and other quality improvement programs as necessary.
  • Communicates with Complete and returns all necessary paperwork and reports to Sr. Vice President Sales/Regional Vice President, Clinical Specialists, healthcare facilities' medical staff, and The Company's employees as needed.
  • Reviews, approves and/or denies monthly expense reports for employees in accordance with the Company's expense policy and procedures.
  • Maintains a current knowledge of The Company's Policies and Procedures. Maintains current knowledge of wound care, LTC & regulatory industry by attending continuing education conferences/seminars.
  • Maintains accredited wound care certification as outlined in The Company's wound care certification policy.

Education and Technical Skills:

High School Diploma and bachelor's degree or higher

Qualifications: 10 years' experience in healthcare operations with wound care and/or home health operational leadership experience highly encouraged

Compensation: Base Salary $110,000 + Bonus

This position will require a hybrid model both in office and remotely in Elkridge, Maryland 21075
