Key Responsibilities:
Lead plant operations, ensuring the reliable performance of powerhouse and utility systems, including generators, steam, chilled water, compressed air, wastewater, and more.
Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Ensure the plant adheres to all safety regulations, promoting a strong safety culture across the facility.
Manage the operational budget, balancing cost efficiency with performance goals.
Lead, mentor, and train plant personnel, driving improvements in safety and operations.
Analyze operational data to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
8+ years of experience in plant or utility operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
In-depth understanding of power generation and powerhouse systems, including chilled water, HRSGs, control systems, and water treatment
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
