Our client is looking for an Organizational Support Administrator to join their team and play a key role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in executing strategic initiatives and driving operational efficiency. Job Summary:
As the Organizational Support Administrator, you will work closely with the CFO, acting as a trusted partner in driving high-priority projects and aligning daily operations with the company's broader business strategies. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual capable of managing tasks, ensuring efficient follow-through, and helping the CFO's office run smoothly and effectively.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Act as an extension of the CFO, managing complex projects and tasks that are aligned with business goals and ensuring their timely completion.
Project Management: Lead and oversee special projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, and delivering results on time and within scope.
Task and Priority Management: Proactively follow up on key initiatives assigned by the CFO, ensuring accountability and progress. Manage calendars, agendas, and task lists to optimize the CFO's time and priorities.
Operational Efficiency: Assist in creating and implementing processes to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and improve productivity across the CFO's team and departments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key priorities.
Communication & Coordination: Draft reports, presentations, and communications for the CFO. Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Executive Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the CFO and internal/external partners, ensuring the smooth flow of information and effective decision-making.
Problem Solving & Initiative: Identify challenges proactively, offering solutions and driving continuous improvement in operations.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a high-level support role, preferably working with senior executives in a strategic capacity.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and SAP financial system (preferred).
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and provide innovative solutions.
