Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven E-Commerce Website Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies on our Shopify store, managing the product catalog, and optimizing website content to enhance online sales and increase traffic.
Responsibilities:
Product Catalog Management: Manage and optimize the product catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings. Collaborate with the marketing team to align product listings with digital marketing campaigns.
Website Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze website analytics, user behavior, and trends to identify areas of improvement. Implement strategies to optimize user experience and increase online sales.
Marketing Campaigns: Help set up marketing campaigns on the e-commerce website. Ensure all marketing materials for the website have been obtained from the marketing team. Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Research and Development: Research and develop new strategies and technologies to continually optimize e-commerce performance.
Collaboration with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the accuracy of website content and successful product launches.
Content Management: Maintain website content, including product descriptions and images. Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the brand image.
Website Accuracy and Functionality: Ensure website accuracy and functionality across all platforms. Monitor website health and address any issues promptly.
Setting up New Website Apps: Manage and set up new website apps to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms; Shopify knowledge is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple e-commerce projects simultaneously.
Experience in maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
