We are looking for a Claims Associate to support day-to-day activities within the claims team. Manage the claims mailbox, answer claimant queries, provide timely follow-ups, receive and file claims. Incorporate all aspects of claims handling by recording, tracking, and processing member, client, and vendor invoices for the services we provide.
Responsibilities:
Conduct claimant communication professionally with compassion while sharing claim specific information.
Read and interpret insurance policy documentation required and follow procedures and guidelines to manage claimant relations.
Maintain timely communication and collaborate with the claims team.
Inbound/outbound phone calls to claimants while acting in the best interests of our company.
Participate in claims related administrative tasks.
