Baillie Lumber Co. is looking for an Executive Administrator to join our team in Hamburg, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an executive assistant or administrative background looking to continue their career reporting to the CEO of for a 2-billion-dollar manufacturing & trading company based in Western New York!
Executive Administrator Job Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between the president and internal/external clients, customers, and employees
Prepare/develop/articulate communications and logistics for company events held monthly or annually
Maintain the highest level on confidentiality with business arrangements, employee information and compensation, business acquisitions, personal information, etc.
Make business and personal travel arrangements, providing updates of changes when required
Compile essential business data (SAP) and P&L reports, working with internal accountants, for monthly for meetings
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Monitor emails, phone calls, and any business inquires for CEO
Executive Administrator Qualifications / Skills:
At least 5 years proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other administrative position
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in written and verbal English
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Up to date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High School degree, additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
Specific industry experience preferred
SAP
Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $ 70,000 - $100,000/yr.
