OMS360, an oral surgeon support organization, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function. OMS360 partners with top-tier oral surgery practices to provide business expertise in areas such as finance, marketing, recruiting, and practice administration, enabling surgeons to deliver exceptional patient care. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and supporting organizational growth. As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, M&A, and business integration, build and lead a high-performing finance team to support the company's mission and objectives, manage relationships with equity stakeholders, lenders, and other external partners, provide strategic insights to enhance growth, profitability, and operational efficiency, and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, board directors, and Shore Capital Partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as strategic, operational, and financial partner to CEO and management team to drive operational and growth goals
Plan, organize and implement key accounting/finance packages including monthly GAAP accrual financials, cash controls, cash forecasting, lender analysis, and other financial packages
Manage internal and external RCM efforts as well as payor relations
Maintain internal control and safeguards related to corporate governance, revenue, costs, receivables, payables and capital expenditures
Assure accurate and timely recording of all transactions by implementing disciplines of internal audits, controls and checks across all company locations
Oversee the gathering, reporting and accuracy of key performance indicators and business data to enable strong insight into business operations
Provide complete and accurate financial information for the company to satisfy the needs of management, owners, lenders and regulatory agencies
Assist with financial due diligence and deal structuring/negotiations for add-on acquisitions
Lead financial aspects of integration for prospective add-on opportunities and identify opportunities for synergies
Support integration of acquired sites into the consolidated accounting function
Education and Experience
A BA or BS degree required; master's degree in business administration is preferred, not required
10+ years relevant experience in public audit, corporate finance/accounting, or private equity
Experience with managing process improvement
Prior history of managing RCM and payor experience required
Previous acquisitions experience preferred, including leading integration centered around people, processes, and systems
Previous experience working with private equity investors, with strong working knowledge of capital markets and identifying levers that drive financial performance, ensuring the Company focuses on those with the best long-term return
