Chief Financial Officer- High Growth Market Leader - Construction Services
Our client is an innovative and distinct provider of construction services with a strong regional presence across the western third of the country and moving on a vigorous expansion path. The business is supported by a very respected private equity firm that has provided the capital to support the exponential growth of the business.
We are seeking to recruit an accomplished and operationally savvy, pro-active Chief Financial Officer who will strategically and tactically partner with the Chief Executive Officer to drive growth while implementing process and procedure as this business strives for market leadership and expansion in their sector. The ideal candidate will have acquired experience implementing successful high growth strategies around the integration of acquisition transactions and organic projects. You must be accustomed to WIP accounting within a construction environment and must be a highly disciplined, metrics-driven change agent capable of building a best-in-class finance organization focused on the bottom-line. You will have a proven background experience in effecting cultural transformation, implementing process and collaborating cross functionally across an organization. This position requires a high energy, self-motivated leader with an executive presence capable of infusing discipline and a data-driven decision-making in a highly entrepreneurial and innovative environment.
A very attractive compensation package of base salary, performance bonuses and equity are being offered.
