DESCRIPTION
As an Event Activation Manager, you will be a valuable member of the CELSIUS Marketing team. This role will allow you to assist with event planning, logistics, implementation, and reporting while ensuring critical milestones are delivered. This position will also provide you with an opportunity to work cross-functionally alongside a wide variety of departments within CELSIUS and its accelerated growing portfolio. The role will report to the Director of Experiential Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop creative ideas and activations for experiences based on marketing strategy, messaging, and program objectives around partnered events, cultural moments and CELSIUS key initiatives.
Work effectively and efficiently with other departments to assist in creating and maintaining premium activations and experiences.
Manage and coordinate with agency partners, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality event production and delivery.
This includes communicating all build requirements, logistic details, limitations, etc.
Manage design and production requests for experiential activations while following brand guidelines.
Develop activation timelines for committed events.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, social media, and device landscape to inform all existing materials and/or inspire the development of new materials and experiences.
Support / assist the events team in planning and implementing events and concepts.
Assist in developing strategic partnerships that enhance all marketing programming and events.
Maintain event activation budget while tracking spend and ROI.
Lead and support on-site activation when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to work in the Boca Raton HQ office 5 days a week.
Must be willing to travel 1-2 weekends per month, as needed.
3-5 years of event experience in a fast-paced environment. Agency experience, a plus.
Well organized, detail oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
Graphic design skills, a plus.
Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative given autonomy.
Effective customer service skills.
Flexible and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Creative, positive individual who enjoys planning and executing events.
Knowledge of the Food & Beverage / CPG industry, a plus.
College degree preferred.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
