Estimated Pay Rate: $50-65/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Over 4 years of experience in marketing or project management, either within a client organization or an advertising agency. - Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Skilled in redefining and setting processes with global functional stakeholders. - Understanding the importance of serving geo partners to deliver marketing content that drives their business objectives.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. - Skilled in negotiating project scope, timelines, and deliverables within a matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record of managing and nurturing relationships across different teams and departments. - Ability to collaborate with global functional stakeholders and geo partners to align on objectives and deliverables.
  • Deep interest in both product and content marketing. - Enthusiasm for the creative process and delivering high-quality marketing outputs that resonate with the target audience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is hiring a Project Manager for one of our premier retail clients in the Pacific Northwest. This role will be pivotal in driving the Global Kid's and Membership Strategy. The marketing team is tasked with defining strategy and creating content that brings the Brand Architecture to life, both through product marketing and compelling storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with gender construct and brand defining teams to gather insights. Integrate member insights to inform editorial content and storytelling. Define the pinnacle look for the client, aligning with product design and style ethos. Develop and produce four geo-specific LookBooks each season.
